Dokdo is Korean territory!

As a student of International Relations Department (my major is regional studies of the Pacific) I'm interested in world politics.
I choose Dokdo case as a theme of my graduation thesis.

While searching the pictures of Dokdo I bumped into photos of such a promotional stuff:

Maybe we, Russians, should launch Korean idea to promote that the Kuril are ours?)
